Stretching for Dancers Course: Balance and Full-body Stretching Sessions. Use class credits and unlimited memberships to register!! Single Class purchase option also available. Limited spots so be sure to register in advance. Come join us for a 45 minute, Balance and Full-body Stretching Session, every Saturday from 3:15-4:00pm. Everyone is welcome no matter where you are in your flexibility journey. This is a judgement free zone to focus on your personal progress and well-being! You will be guided through a variety of stretches and movements that focus on balance, joint range of motion, mobility, and overall flexibility. This course is not progressive in the sense that you will be behind if you miss one of the sessions, start later in the month, or try one class to check it out. Although, consistency is key when it comes to stretching! We will continue to do the same stretches throughout the month course to gauge progress and improvement in balance, flexibility and range of motion. The goal is for you to be able to implement these stretches at home to continue progress. Individual sessions are also available. GROUP CLASSES: Cancellations and rescheduling to be done by customer within their online account. No refunds/non-transferable. PRIVATE LESSONS: 24 hour notice required for cancellations and rescheduling. LIABILITY: By booking a service, customer agrees to assume all risks and responsibility for any injury or accident which might occur on the premises and waives Duende Dance Studio of all liability. In addition, permission is granted for Duende Dance Studio to use videos and photographs of customers for publicity purposes.
