LET'S STRETCH!! Self-Care You Deserve!

Come join us for a 45 minute, Balance and Full-body Stretching Session, every Saturday from 3:15-4:00pm. Everyone is welcome no matter where you are in your flexibility journey.


This is a judgement free zone to focus on your personal progress and well-being! You will be guided through a variety of stretches and movements that focus on balance, joint range of motion, mobility, and overall flexibility.
