Stretching for Dancers Course in March will be full-body stretching with an extra focus on hips/legs. $25 for month course or $10 per session. Limited spots available.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel!

This course is not progressive in the sense that you will be behind if you miss one of the sessions,or start later in the month. We will continue to do the same stretches throughout the course to gauge progress and improvement in flexibility and range of motion. The goal is for you to be able to implement these stretches at home to continue progress.
