Body Movement & Mechanics Workshop w/ Shaleena
Saturday, April 26th
4:15-5:15pm $20
This workshop is for all students and is not genre-specific. It will focus on overall body movement and mechanics to music.
We will work on:
• Gaining awareness of your individual movements and exploring new ways to move with the music to express yourself.
• Fun drills to increase your range of motion.
• Improving your agility, body control, and musicality on the dance floor.
