Follows Level 3 and higher
Limited spots available $20
We will be focusing on key technique elements for proper execution of Right Rotational Movements, Basket, and Around the World. We will also include drilling exercises for balance, anchoring, track awareness, and more!
This is Part 3 of the training series but it is not required that you participated in Part 1 or 2 Training in order to take Part 3. They are not progressive, each training focuses on different topics.
